Robert Swearingen is the President of Rhysis Logics Solutions and a senior supply chain and operations transformation leader with more than 20 years of experience driving measurable performance improvement across complex, global organizations. His work spans large, multinational industrial and energy enterprises, advanced manufacturing businesses, and technology-enabled operations with revenues ranging from mid-market to multi-billion-dollar scale.

Robert specializes in end-to-end supply chain strategy, Lean transformation, and post-acquisition integration, helping leadership teams translate strategy into execution. He has led global supply chain organizations with footprints across North America, Europe, and Asia, overseeing planning, sourcing, logistics, and ERP-enabled operations in both project-based and product-centric environments. His experience includes leading carve-outs and integrations, stabilizing operations during ownership transitions, and delivering rapid improvements in cash flow, inventory, service, and cost.

Throughout his career, Robert has been trusted to operate at the intersection of strategy and execution—partnering directly with executive teams, private equity stakeholders, and functional leaders to diagnose performance gaps, align organizations, and build durable operating systems. His work has produced outcomes such as double-digit improvements in profitability, material reductions in working capital, significant gains in order flow efficiency, and enterprise-wide adoption of Lean management systems.

Robert holds a PhD in Supply Chain Logistics and is a certified Project Management Professional and Six Sigma Black Belt. He is also a published author, speaker, and former university lecturer. Earlier in his career, he served for over two decades in military logistics and leadership roles, shaping his disciplined, people-centered approach to leading organizations through complexity and change.
