Jordan Buras is a business development leader with a career spanning government leadership, economic development, and organizational transformation. She is the founder of Key Process Solutions, a consultancy established to help organizations simplify operations, strengthen execution, and drive measurable performance improvement.

Jordan’s career began in Louisiana state government, where she served in senior leadership roles, including Executive Director under the Lieutenant Governor. She later transitioned into Texas local government, leading economic development initiatives and working closely with public and private-sector stakeholders. These experiences revealed consistent gaps between strategy and execution, prompting her to launch Key Process Solutions to help organizations close that gap in a practical, sustainable way.

Known for her leadership style and strong emphasis on human communication, Jordan believes lasting improvement starts with clarity, trust, and alignment, not just processes and tools.
